Telegram author Pavel Durov is under formal exploration and wo n't be allowed to leave France, a French prosecutor said in a statement released Wednesday night. The Russian- born billionaire is being excavated for several suspected offenses related to lawless exertion on the platform, including conspiracy in illegal gang deals, “ laundering of crimes in an organized gang, ” and nonacceptance to communicate information to authorities, according to the French prosecutor’s statement.
